My name is Kristine/Kris (she/her), and I am proud to live on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, in the breathtaking Macedon Ranges.
My career has followed many trajectories (spoiler alert - I'm neurodivergent!) including speech pathologist, celebrant, policy maker, project manager, NDIS community engagement officer, podcaster, public speaker, barista, and dancing teacher.
On top of these professional pursuits, I have been the primary (unpaid) carer of family members with significant support needs since 2017. So, I also spend a big chunk of my time advocating for a better deal for unpaid carers - wishing I'd known then what I know now when I was supporting and advising people with a disability and their families/unpaid carers.

Welcome to my website!
How can I help?
I love that every day for me is different. I'm either advocating for a carer or a person with complex support needs, supporting people to navigate multiple service systems, talking about a range of topics at conferences and on steering committees, being an MC or facilitator, or being lucky enough to be a celebrant for people's most significant milestones.
